Boxing and conditioning fitness class
Box-Fit is a fitness and conditioning class incorporating high-intensity boxing combos with body-weight exercises. This 45-minute fast-paced class is designed to make you sweat! All that is required is a pair of gloves, wraps and determination of steel. All fitness and skill levels will be catered for – so it doesn’t matter if you are a fighter or beginner. In fact, the fitter you are, the harder you’ll be pushed.
Our Box-Fit classes work well as a standalone form of training. Or you can use it as additional training to complement your Thai Boxing classes. It is also a great way to build up interval training for other sports or general fitness.
