Muay Fit

Muay Fit is an intensive 45-minute kicking and punching class to really get your sweat up. Muay Fit is designed by our Thai trainers to focus on “less talking, more training” and are suitable for everyone with basic skills (taken at least 5 classes).  Kicking, punching, plyometric exercises, interval bursts, fun drills. Everything that can make you sweat could be a part of this sessions.

Experience holding pads is not compulsory… prepare to become More Fit with Muay Fit!
