Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning (S&C) is a one-hour class suited for all levels. The goal of this session is to get your heart rate up, while working on improving your strength and endurance and building your core muscles. Exercises are simple, but effective with a focus is on good technique and injury-prevention. Rather than risking injury, our S&C class will help you build a more injury-resistant body and help you get even better results in your Muay Thai and MMA training.
