PT Cancellation Policy

Personal Training Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that your time is precious. Thank-you for investing your time in us to help you achieve your fitness goals.  In order to achieve these goals, we require a level of commitment from you.

A cancellation policy keeps you accountable, and ensures you are committed to training. It also helps us do our job more effectively.

Please read the following cancellation policy carefully:

  • Any PT session cancelled or rescheduled on less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session price *
  • If a client cancels or reschedules within 24-hours of a PT session, but books and pays for a rescheduled PT session within THREE days of the original PT session, we will offer 50% discount on the rescheduled session.
  • All no-shows will incur the full fee for the PT session.
  • All PT cancellations must be done via phone or e-mail.
  • We hold ourselves responsible to you. If our trainers cancel a session without due notice, we will give you a free session.

*Rescheduled appointments will be made at available time slots

Refund Policy: Once a payment for purchase of a package or service  is made there will be no refunds allowed

Set aside a time for your health, and stick to it!
