Muay Thai fighter Jacquie Wong was searching for a way to improve her training as well as prevent injury, when she discovered Yin Yoga. She was so impressed with the way it transformed her body complimented her Muay Thai. Today she is a Yin Yoga-Alliance certified trainer specialising in yoga for athletes.
