What plans have you got for Mother’s Day?
Bring your mum (or someone else’s) for a Mother’s Day Kick-Box-Core workout.Mum’s don’t need to hold pads (that’s the kid’s job) but they will:
- KICK some serious butt
- BOX out their stress
- TONE that core
- BURN heaps of calories
- Gear provided.
- FREE for JAI members and mums (you will still need to purchase a free ticket on event finder to save your spot)
- $10 per pair for everyone else ($5 per person)
What a better way to introduce the love of your life to something they may fall in love with? You can take it as fast, or slow as you like, and mums don’t have to worry about being hit, as the kids (or partners will be doing the pad holding).
Start the morning with a bang, and burn hundreds of calories and work up a healthy appetite.
