  • Fight CircuitFight Circuit will is a semi-contact class with fitness, technique and fight simulation drills, suitable for those who have been training regularly for at least two months. Sparring gear is not required, but bring a mouth-guard for the striking drills. The stations of Fight Circuit are designed to cover all the major aspects of fight training, minus the freestyle sparring including: Specific partner striking drills (prescribed, not freestyle) Clinching/ grappling Bag work Pad work 7:00 am to 8:00 am

  • Kick Start 5:30 pm to 6:20 pm
