  • STRONG HIITWHAT: STRONG is designed for all ages, genders and fitness levels. A one-hour high intesity interval workout (HIIT), it is set to specially choreographed music with beats designed to matched the workout moves. WHO: The class has scalable movements, and is suited to a wide range of ages, fitness levels and coordination skills (there is no dancing!) It can be for Muay Thai athletes as well as those who just want a fun and effective way to keep fit and STRONG! Benefits include: Improved endurance and stamina Fat loss (burn up to 500 calories in a session) Increased core strength Improved balance, agility and coordination (great for martial arts as well as daily life) Increased bone density $5 Trial Rate (first-time) $150 for a 10 trip $90 for a 5-trip (Can be also used on all JAI classes) No extra charge for current JAI members.
