WHAT:
STRONG is designed for all ages, genders and fitness levels.
A one-hour high intesity interval workout (HIIT), it is set to specially choreographed music with beats designed to matched the workout moves.
WHO:
The class has scalable movements, and is suited to a wide range of ages, fitness levels and coordination skills (there is no dancing!) It can be for Muay Thai athletes as well as those who just want a fun and effective way to keep fit and STRONG!
