Wit Sasiprapa

Wit

Wit grew up at Sasiprapa Gym in Bangkok, which is known as the gym of champions, where many Lumpinee and Rajadamnern champions are based. His students there include Channel 7 champion Rungravee Sasiprapa and Sean Wright (from Contender Asia). He brings to JAI a wealth of fighting and teaching experience, having worked as a fighter and trainer in Bulldog Gym in Australia, training the police force in the United Arab Emirates, and having fought in Thailand, as well as Korea, Macau and the People’s Republic of China.

Wit speaks fluent English – in fact he loves to make jokes. He has a beautiful fighting style, and is a technical and hands-on trainer. He is experienced at teaching all ages and levels and his cheeky sense of humour makes Muay Thai fun for everyone.

He enjoys sparring with students at all levels and makes use of all of Muay Thai’s weapons in a fun and challenging session. An experienced pad holder, he has held pads for several Thai and UK champions including Julie Kitchen, and Rungravee Sasiprapa.

If f you’re looking to get fit, Wit is your man. He is relentless when it comes to training, squeezing extra kicks, punches and knees from you, even when you think your tank has run dry. You’ll get fit in no time, training with Wit.

This is Wit’s third stint working at JAI.

Wit teaches classes as well as being available for personal training.

Wit is the master of cardio. He makes me kick until I feel like my legs are going to fall off. But it’s still fun!

Wit is passionate about training people to be the best they can be and can see exactly what you are doing wrong and knows how to help you correct it and improve rapidly.
Wit is definitely one of the best trainers I have ever had and one of the best people I have ever met and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from him.
