All our class types are structured to allow students to get a good mixture of fitness and technique catered to their level. Our team is also available to answer any specific technical questions.
However, if you would like to see even faster results, or want to focus on specific areas, personal training can be created to reach your goals in a fun and effective way.
Just let us know whether you are training for a specific reason, such as a tournament, or have a specific fitness goal in mind.
Small group training is also available for friends, families and corporate groups.
Personal training can consist of one-off sessions, be for a limited time, or on-going.
Packages can be customised to suit your needs, with prices starting at $70 for the first trial hour, and discounts available for regular / bulk bookings.
