A contact class for those wanting to get spar with other students. You’re fit, you’re strong, you’re technical. Our sparring classes is where it all comes together. This class is suitable for people training to fight, or with fight experience.

This class is suitable for students with a good knowledge of Thai Boxing technique, and are comfortable with contact. Unlike our non contact classes like Kick Start and Muay Power where we encourage our students to go at full-power, Sparring uses movements at approximately 60 – 70% intensity.

A general Muay Thai class designed to suit all levels of students except for the absolute beginner. (Book in for a free first trial or discounted PT if you have never trained before).
