Classes are suitable for everyone except complete beginners ⚠️
We'll focus on clinching techniques 🥊 and have the opportunity to try out techniques on classmates of different sizes and strengths** 💪
And we'll finish with Thai padwork combos 🥊 which include the whole Muay Thai arsenal of all the eight limbs together with clinch techniques to form the complete Muay Thai training session. 🦹
A one-hour boxing session which mixes technique with high-intensity boxing combos. There’ll be plenty of skill drills and defence work (fun without the headache). Come for fun and a sweat - leave with some new skills.

This class is suitable for students with a good knowledge of Thai Boxing technique, and are comfortable with contact. Unlike our non contact classes like Kick Start and Muay Power where we encourage our students to go at full-power, Sparring uses movements at approximately 60 – 70% intensity.
