Sparring

A controlled sparring class. For those who want to take their training to a higher level, hone your Thai Boxing technique in this more technique-focussed class where you get to try out combinations on a partner in a controlled environment. Wearing protective gear, and working at a lower power, you’ll learn to block, parry, dodge and evade kicks and punches and attack with the grace of a Thai. Here’s where you get a taste of being hit, and hitting back – while under the watchful guidance of our trainers.

Equipment required: Hand wraps, gloves, shinguards, mouthguard and sweat towel. Males are advised to purchase a steel groin guard.
