What Is Ring Craft? Muay Thai Technique on a Real Partner

Are you going left? Right? Or faking both?

This is the stuff we work on in Ring Craft this Saturday and Tuesday.

We know you know how to switch kick. But we're not just working the switch, we're working the timing underneath it.

Bags don't kick back. Pad holders can help you look good. Ring Craft is the class where you find out what your technique actually does against a real, moving partner, safely. No freestyle sparring, so it stays safe, focused and always supervised.

This week there are four drills to practice. It'll be challenging, it'll be tough, but we guarantee if you give 100% you'll walk out 1% better.

It doesn't matter if you never intend to fight. Ring Craft will help you visualise Muay Thai and improve you as a martial artist. Saturday 11:15am and Tuesday 6:30pm. If you're in intermediate you're cleared to join in! If you're super keen, talk to us anyway and we'll let you know if you're ready, and if not, how far away you are.

New to Muay Thai altogether? Start with a free class first. Once you’ve got the basics, ask your trainers when you’ll be ready for Ring Craft.
