We prioritize proper technique, defense, and sparring etiquette to help you build a solid foundation and gain confidence. Focus: 60% Technique, 40% Sparring Prerequisite: Must be cleared by a trainer or pass a skills test. Gear: Minimum 12oz gloves and shinguards are essential.

  • An intermediate class for those who have graduated from Kick Start. Here, you'll refine your technique, learn more complex combinations, and increase your cardiovascular fitness. It's a great way to sharpen your skills in a dynamic group setting. Focus: 50% Technique, 50% Conditioning
    Prerequisite: Must be cleared by a trainer or pass a skills test.

  • An intermediate to advanced pad-work class designed to push your limits. Expect high-intensity rounds on the pads, focusing on power, speed, and endurance. This class may involve some controlled, technical drills to enhance your skills. Focus: 30% Technique, 70% Conditioning

Forget fancy combos; this session is understanding the "how" in Muay Thai to get 1% better every time. In a controlled, drill-based environment, you will refine the technical skills essential for effective sparring, such as timing, distance management, and balance. Through a mix of independent footwork and partnered drills, you will gain the knowledge of what to work on and build the confidence to bridge the gap between practice and application.
    Focus: 80% Technique, 20% Conditioning
